The Creative Journey

Early Creative Roots

Kellylynn’s journey began with a profound childhood passion for the natural world. Drawing provided her an early sense of calm as well as eye to hand co-ordination. A skill that transition her from tracing horses–to sketching horses freehand by kindergarten. Consequently, these formative years established her creative identity and set the stage for her future artistic evolution.

Creativity as a Lifelong Companion

As her craft matured, she aquired new skills at both charcoal drawing and acrylic painting. It was around this time, she began to draw inspiration from wildlife masters Robert Bateman and John Banovich. Their paintings exhibit how they both have mastered meticulous detail and realisim.  The inspiration didnt stop there. She begain to empathize with their dedication to habitat protection. As a result of this, she now integrates wildlife preservation into her core creative process.

A Mature Artistic Vision

Currently, Kellylynn’s portfolio mirrors this deepening connection to wildlife and the habitat they depend on for survival. Specifically, she believes that creativity nurtures empathy. Applying this to her artwork she hopes to bring more attention to wildlife preservation and protection. By blending fine art techniques with a mission for wildlife preservation, she ultimately invites every viewer to cherish and protect the natural world.
