Refund and Returns Policy
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non‑Returnable Items
Original artwork is final sale because each piece is unique and cannot be replaced. Gift cards are also non‑returnable.
Partial Refunds
We may grant a partial refund in specific cases. These include items that arrive damaged, items missing parts not caused by our error, or items returned after the 30‑day window.
Refund Process
When we receive your return, we inspect it and email you with the result. If we approve the refund, we process it and apply the credit to your original payment method within seven days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If your refund has not appeared, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as posting delays are common. Your bank may also need extra time to complete the process. If you still do not see the refund, email us at kellylynnartstudio@gmail.com.
Sale Items
We refund only regular‑priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Defective Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, email us right away at kellylynnartstudio@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork. This helps us file an insurance claim and issue your refund. Because each piece is original, we cannot offer an identical replacement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return value. After we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Please mail returns to: 121‑8 Wyatt St E., Elmira, ON, N3B 2H7, Canada. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non‑refundable. If we issue a refund, we deduct the return shipping cost from the total. Shipping times vary by location. For valuable items, use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
