Processing & Studio Handling Time

Original Artwork: Please allow [3–5] business days for your original piece to be safely varnished, custom-packaged, and prepared for transit.                                                                                                                           Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for small sketches or non-custom items are processed within [1–2] business days.Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays.

Domestic & International Shipping Rate   Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout                                                 Within Canada:   We ship via [Canada Post / FedEx / UPS] with tracking. Delivery typically takes [3–7] business days once shipped.International Shipping (including USA): We ship worldwide. International transit times vary depending on the destination, typically taking [7–21] business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mercer Fine Art is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How We Protect Your Art                                                    
Every original work of art is meticulously packaged to ensure its safety. Paintings are wrapped in archival-quality glassine paper, layered with heavy-duty bubble wrap, and secured inside double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes or rigid mailers.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking                                                                                                                                You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left the studio. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.                

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages    

 Mercer Fine Art is fully insured for items damaged during transit.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos and contact us immediately at kellylynnartstudio@gmail.com so we can file an insurance claim and resolve the issue for you.
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed carrier delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location
