Processing & Studio Handling Time

Original Artwork: Please allow 3–5 business days for varnishing, custom packaging, and preparation for safe transit. Ready‑to‑Ship Items: Small sketches and non‑custom items ship within 1–2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Within Canada: We ship through Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (including USA): We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mercer Fine Art is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes on international orders. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

How We Protect Your Art

Every original artwork is packaged with professional care. Paintings are wrapped in archival glassine, cushioned with heavy‑duty bubble wrap, and placed inside double‑walled boxes or rigid mailers to ensure safe delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the studio. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

All original artwork is insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and the damaged item. Take clear photos and contact us immediately at kellylynnartstudio@gmail.com so we can file an insurance claim and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. Please choose a secure delivery location.
